I am trying really hard to develop a clean eating lifestyle. I already devote two of my daily meals to 80+% fresh vegetables and fruits. That said, the other 20% of what I eat is complete junk... not good for anything but taste. I am trying to get over the fact that food should always taste good. It shouldn't. Food should fuel me for my work outs, keep me energized for my days teaching, and make me FEEL good about eating it. That said, this journey is going to be much tougher than I originally thought, and I am not going to give up the "good" stuff altogether. This lifestyle change is something I need. I crave health. I feel GREAT when I eat great. Now I just need to devote myself to this cause, and I'll be set.
