Results

I am already seeing and feeling results of my work out regimen that I started the first week of October. I have been consistently working out four or five days a week, with a trainer twice a week, and I have lost six pounds already. I am feeling stronger, and I love feeling myself sweat so much each day. Talk about an endorphin rush! :)

I can't wait to check in again at the very end of the month. This is something I will keep doing for a long time -- hopefully forever. I love feeling this way, and I am well on my way to being the person I want to be -- the strong one, the dedicated one, the muscular one, the one with a strong will.
